LONDON, KOMPAS.com — Chelsea telah mengajukan tawaran menggiurkan kepada Real Madrid untuk mendapatkan striker Karim Benzema. "The Blues" siap merogoh kocek sebesar 28 juta euro atau sekitar Rp 321 miliar untuk membayar mantan striker Lyon itu.
Pelatih Chelsea Carlo Ancelotti memilih Benzema dalam rangka mempersiapkan skuad Chelsea untuk jangka panjang. Benzema dinilai Ancelotti memiliki keunggulan fisik dengan postur tubuh tinggi yang sesuai sebagai pemain Liga Primer.
